By connecting to that love, you can turn it inward and feel it for yourself, remembering that you too are worthy and deserving of forgiveness.
This meditation encourages you to see that all humans make mistakes, and it is rare for someone to hurt another intentionally. More often, we hurt each other without awareness or because we are following our own life journey. Therefore, we must forgive ourselves and feel unconditional love for ourselves, just as we would for another.
